These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services.
By accessing this website or hiring Woodstock Paving Service, you agree to the following terms.
1. Estimates
All estimates:
• Are free of charge
• Are valid for 30 days
• Are subject to material pricing changes and site condition adjustments
If unforeseen site conditions arise, pricing may be adjusted with client approval.
2. Deposits & Scheduling
To schedule a project:
• A signed agreement from both parties is required
• A 25% deposit must be paid
Deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs before work begins.
Once work has started, deposits may become non-refundable depending on materials ordered and labor scheduled.
Completed projects are non-refundable.
3. Payments
We accept:
• Online payments
• Credit cards
• Checks
• Cash
Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failure to make payment may result in legal collection action permitted under Illinois law.
4. Workmanship Warranty
Woodstock Paving Service provides a one (1) year workmanship warranty covering installation-related defects directly caused by our work.
If issues arise due to improper leveling, compaction, or surface finishing, we will assess the condition and provide reasonable repair solutions.
Repair methods may include:
• Asphalt patching
• Crack filling
• Heat repair and additional asphalt application
• Sealcoating correction
• Minor leveling adjustments
This warranty does not entitle the client to a full driveway, parking lot, or project replacement.
Complete removal and replacement will only be considered in rare and severe cases, determined solely by Woodstock Paving Service.
This warranty does not apply to:
• Natural disasters or extreme weather
• Damage from heavy vehicles or equipment
• Improper use or neglect
• Third-party alterations
• Sub-base or structural failure not caused by our workmanship
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within one year of project completion.
5. Project Conditions
Clients are responsible for:
• Removing vehicles
• Clearing access areas
• Marking irrigation systems or utilities
Woodstock Paving Service is not responsible for damage to:
• Unmarked underground utilities
• Irrigation systems not properly identified
• Landscaping adjacent to active work zones
6. Website Use
You agree not to:
• Use this website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access restricted areas
• Copy or reproduce content without permission
All website content is property of Woodstock Paving Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Woodstock Paving Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Any disputes shall be resolved within the State of Illinois.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
